In as much as the Administration and the teaching staff at UNIS, as well as the chaperones for this trip, will be assuming the supervisory responsibilities of your child on a trip away from school, we feel it is important that the student and the parents/guardians fully understand the rules which govern such trips. It is our feeling that a trip is a continuation of the school day and as such, students participating are subject to the rules and regulations that govern our school while they are on campus. Because the students will be representing UNIS, and because their conduct, behavior and safety is our responsibility, we have established the following additional guidelines which must be adhered to while they are away from home:

York County School Division students who are eligible and selected through the Yorktown-Zweibrucken Exchange Program application process are fortunate in being able to participate in the Yorktown-Zweibrucken Exchange Program ("Exchange Program") to Zweibruecken, Germany from June 15, 2020 to June 29, 2020. The Exchange Program is a cultural and educational program aimed at building bonds of understanding, friendship, and cooperation between individuals, schools, cities, and nations. Exchange Program participants have a significant responsibility to represent themselves abroad in a manner which brings respect to the York County School Division, the County of York, Virginia, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States. Before students may participate in the Exchange Program, each student and parent must agree to the terms and conditions for participation set forth below.

COLORADO USA WRESTLING expects all of our athletes to act in a manner that will reflect positively on each competitor as an individual and a part of our organization. Any wrestler(s), who becomes a discipline problem and/or engages in any inappropriate or illegal activity, including the possession or use of drugs or alcohol (as stated in the 2019 Colorado National Team: Guidelines) will be turned over to local authorities, whether at team camp or at the tournament. All other costs incurred as a result of the activities will also be the responsibility of the athlete and/or parent. Parents will be contacted and advised of the situations and the course of action that will be taken. There will be positively NO refunds made for these circumstances.
