The Exchange Program is a cultural and educational program aimed at building bonds of understanding, friendship, and cooperation between individuals, schools, cities, and nations. Exchange Program participants have a significant responsibility to represent themselves abroad in a manner which brings respect to the York County School Division, the County of York, Virginia, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States. Before students may participate in the Exchange Program, each student and parent must agree to the terms and conditions for participation set forth below.
