This Booking Conditions Contract (AGREEMENT) contains the entire understanding between Cuisine Adventure Tours, Inc. (COMPANY) and I (CLIENT). This AGREEMENT supersedes all prior agreements between the parties. The only way to change the AGREEMENT is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. In the event that any part of this AGREEMENT is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this AGREEMENT shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this AGREEMENT shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this AGREEMENT.

The Holiday Contract. The Inclusive Holiday Contract is with Isle of Man Event Services Ltd and commences on receipt of deposit or payment in full. In the event of a telephone booking, a copy of the terms and conditions will be forwarded to you. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you must advise Isle of Man Event Services Ltd in writing within 7 days and you are entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

These Booking Conditions are agreed between Kalkan Secrets Limited, acting as the agent of the Property Owner, and Holidaymakers who book the Property referred to in the booking quote to which this document is attached. “We”, “us” or “our” are references to Kalkan Secrets Limited, acting in all times as the Owner’s Agent. “You” or “your” are references to the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party. Any booking is subject to the conditions below. These Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with us and the Property Owner so please read them carefully. Nothing in these Booking Conditions affects your normal statutory rights.
