This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is between “Renter” (also might be referred to as “you”) and West- Mont United Soccer Association (“WMU”). The use rental fee of $100 made payable to Parklake Village and a nonrefundable administrative fee of $50 made payable to Crest Management must be paid by the Homeowner at the time the reservation is made. The use fee is intended to cover light cleaning and utilities. It is expected that the Homeowner will leave the clubhouse in the same condition as they find it. The fees are not intended to provide cleaning services associated with a significant gathering.

Guests may not take over the pool or encourage Waterford Crossing residents to leave. Lifeguards have been given the full enforcement authority as representatives of the Board of Directors. Only approved Lifeguards under contract to Waterford Crossings HOA are permitted.
