The equipment will be returned to the school on a date to be requested or sooner if the student is suspended or expelled from school, the student leaves USD 382, or the student fails to comply with the terms of this agreement or the school’s Acceptable Use Policy. Student agrees that in the event the computer is out of the student’s possession for a period of 24 hours or the student believes the computer has been stolen, the student will immediately notify a PHS administrator and file a report with the Pratt Police Department.
