The Colonial Manor subdivision is located south of Moog Road between U.S. 19 and Grand Boulevard in Holiday, Florida. The area experiences repetitive flooding, which is most severe along sections of Jarvis Street, Valimor Drive, Cape Cod Drive, and Stardale Lane. Flooding is also experienced in the vicinity of the existing stormwater pump station located between the Colonial Manor neighborhood and the adjacent Tanglewood Mobile Home Park. The proposed project will reduce both structural and street flooding by intercepting and re-routing stormwater runoff to an existing channel west of Tanglewood Mobile Home Park.
