Mercury Street, Butte, Montana 59701, hereinafter referred to as "CCCS, INC.," and Jefferson County whose address is P.O. Box H, Boulder, Montana 59632, hereinafter referred to as ("User"), and jointly hereinafter referred to as the "Parties". WITNESSETH WHEREAS, governmental entities have the ability to contract with other entities to perform any governmental service, activity or undertaking which each public agency entering into the contract is authorized by law to perform; and WHEREAS, CCCS, INC. maintains and operates the RYO Correctional Facility ("Facility"); and
