The parties by mutual agreement, agree to terminate the August 2016 Agreement and replace it with a new Agreement whose terms are contained herein. With that as background, West Chester University of Pennsylvania and Delaware County Community College hereby terminate the August 2016 Agreement, and enter into this new Agreement that shall replace the August 2016 Agreement in its entirety.
