If the Customer wishes to hire the Equipment the Customer must complete and sign (or otherwise accept in the manner required by the Owner) a Quotation/Hire Agreement and such other documents as the Owner may require. Each Quotation/Hire Agreement is not a separate contract but forms a part of this agreement between the Owner and the Customer.
