This Management Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into on July 30, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Triangle 9, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”) and Triangle 9 Real Estate, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Subsidiary”).
