These rules and regulations are deemed essential agreement terms and obligations to the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space for Pharmacy Futures 2025 (the “Meeting”) with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The undersigned (“Exhibitor”), as a duly authorized representative, enters into an agreement with Emerald Expositions to rent booth space at the above designated CEDIA Expo 2019. This application shall become an agreement between applicant and Lone Star Rally, Inc. for the use of said space under the follow- ing terms and conditions.
