This CONTRACT is made and entered into between THE JOB SHOP COMPANY, Inc. d/b/a D2P Shows (Design-2-Part Shows) and the person or entity identified as the Exhibitor below. This contract shall not be made effective unless and until the Exhibitor has consented to all terms and conditions as identified herein.

This is an agreement between the SAN FERNANDO VALLEY ARTS ALLIANCE (SFVAA) and an art organization or artist(s) for the use of the San Fernando Valley Arts & Cultural Center’s exhibition space, located at 18312 Oxnard Street, Tarzana, CA 91536. The exhibition space shall include the perimeter walls and the “T” Wall Units as well as open floor space for a limited number of art on pedestals.
