This agreement is made on [date] between the Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University (WMU) and Lansing Community College (LCC) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Parties wish to facilitate the transfer of students who complete an Associate Degree at LCC to a degree program at WMU. Therefore, the Parties agree to enter into an Institutional Articulation Agreement (Agreement) to assist students who want transfer with a smooth curriculum transition that minimizes loss of credit and duplication of coursework. WMU shall seek approval or review of this Agreement from the Higher Learning Commission as appropriate.
