If you contact Student Accommodation in writing (which includes e-­‐mail) within this 7 day period to cancel your accommodation you will be released from the Licence to Occupy without financial obligation. THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS ONLY APPLY TO STUDENTS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (“EEA”). If you are making an application outside of the EEA the 7 day cooling off period DOES NOT APPLY.
