The delivery of this agreement by The College of Staten Island Auxiliary Services Corporation to the student constitutes an offering of dining accommodations. Cost of meal plans are based upon the average price of a meal and historical usage in our Dining Facility. Due to the varying number of students contracted for meal plans, the College reserves the right to limit and/or modify Dining Facility hours and/or to close one of the dining facilities for emergency conditions during the contracted period. This contract becomes effective upon execution of the meal plan agreement by the student for the entire semester contracted, excluding days when the College is closed or classes are not in session where service is not provided, as listed in Section 3 (Contract Period).

Residential and Dining Services On-Campus Meal Plan Agreement 2019-2020

All students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan. The Meal Plan requirement is for the entire academic year and is based on where a student lives. Students who are new to housing and living in the Residence Halls may choose from the Weekly 10, Weekly 15, Flex, or All Access meal plans. Returning residents living in the Residence halls may also choose the RAD Reward plan. Students living in the apartments may choose any meal plan. Meal plans will be billed to the student account before the beginning of each quarter, Fall, Winter, and Spring. Meal plans are automatically activated at the start of each quarter during the academic year. If you change or cancel your plan, there is a pro-rated board meal cost charged to your student account for the days the plan was active, whether used or not. If you move between the residence halls and apartments, your requirement will change and your plan may need to be adjusted.
