Rule .0805(4) Mentorship Agreement states that in order to qualify as a mentorship the mentee and mentor must participate in a formalized mentorship agreement that designates the responsibilities and plan of activities of the mentor and mentee in meeting the objectives that are to be met by the mentee. A mentee licensee shall earn one (1) point for each ten (10) contact hours spent in mentorship activities up to a maximum of two (2) points. A mentor licensee shall earn one (1) point for each four (4) contact hours spent in mentorship activities up to a maximum of five (5) points.
