The second MA Agreement is between KMEA as the Market Participant and Kansas City Power & Light Company as the Meter Agent. Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – Central under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, your submittals in the above referenced dockets are accepted for filing to become effective March 1, 2014, as requested.1
