NATURAL GAS AGREEMENT #N/A 1. Terms: The term of this Agreement ("Term") shall run from 12:01 AM as of the date of this Agreement and the terms of this Agreement shall apply to and shall be incorporated in all purchase orders agreed to between the parties entered into from the time of execution of this Agreement going forward during such Term (unless specifically agreed to otherwise in any particular purchase order with respect to such purchase order), the form of which purchase orders shall be as set forth in Exhibit "A".
