This Performance Delivery Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an agreement between the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (hereinafter referred to as DECC) the Environmental Protection Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Agency), and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (hereinafter referred to as DHLGH) , in which an agreed level of performance is defined with the aim of providing efficient and effective delivery of public services.
