Piggyback Agreement with Gator Grading and Paving, LLC

Gator Grading and Paving, LLC agrees to enter into an agreement with the City of Bradenton, Florida to perform as needed utility/drainage infrastructure installation, repair and replacement services for the City of Bradenton. This agreement is in accordance with the specifications per the Sarasota County agreement, for a base contract period dated from the authorized signing of this document by Wayne H. Poston, Mayor through the remainder of the contract extension ending on August 24, 2020. Gator Grading and Paving, LLC will provide the City of Bradenton with the same pricing as set forth in the Sarasota County agreement Contract No. 2015-307 documents and Amendment #3.
