The partnership arrangement will be covered under this Reimbursable Agreement for an intensified active pixel sensor for the Spectral Imaging of the Coronal Environment (SPICE) designed for the SO mission, hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement.” NASA’s authority to enter into this Agreement is the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. 20113).
