Methods: The quasi experimental study was conducted at Armed Forces Institute of Ophthalmology, Rawalpindi, Pakistan from August 2016 to December 2016. Twenty five patients fulfilling the inclusion criteria participated in the study. All Patients were subjected to Keratometric assessment using Galilei G4 Dual Scheimpflug analyzer (Ziemer, Switzerland), Wavelight Oculyzer II (Pentacam, Germany) and Verion image guided system (Alcon). Steep and flat meridian and diopter of astigmatism by three systems were recorded and endorsed. All readings were taken by the same observer. Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results analyzed for significance by t-tests and Interclass correlation analysis. In t tests, P values of <0.05 was considered statistically significant while interclass coefficient of >0.7 was considered acceptable.

Agreement of Breast Masses Description using Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BIRADS) with Traditional
Research Study Agreement • May 19th, 2020

Abstract— Interpretation of mammograms plays a significant role in the final diagnosis, follow-up and treatment. This cross-sectional study aimed to assess breast imaging reporting and data system (BIRADS) agreement with the traditional interpretation in breast mass descriptions. The study was conducted from October 2015 to July 2019 at different Khartoum hospitals with digital mammographic units. The study included 300 mammographic images for women aged 15 to 90 years. A data collection sheet was used, including BIRAD mass assessment factors: presence, shape, margin, and density. Radiologists reported the mammographic images according to the traditional way of reporting; then, images were evaluated according to the BIRAD to define the degree of concordance between them. Kappa value was used to assess the degree of agreement. The study revealed that mass presence had a very good agreement between the methods (k = 0.835), and mass density had a good agreement (k = 0.742). A moderate agre

Agreement between NRS-2002 and MUST nutrition risk scores – a retrospective study
Research Study Agreement • February 25th, 2010

The nutritional status of hospitalised patients has been a growing concern during the past four decades. Worldwide studies indicate that 30% to 60% of hospitalised patients are malnourished.1 The complications of undernutrition, which include prolonged healing, increased length of hospital stay and increased hospital cost are well known. Early identification of undernutrition and/or risk to develop undernutrition while in hospital has been recommended.2 Various nutrition risk screening tools have been developed and are frequently used in the nutritional management of hospitalised patients. Based on sensitivity and specificity, the following four screening tools seemed to be valid and therefore recommended for nutrition risk screening: the Nutrition Risk Screening tool (NRS-2002), the quick and easy Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST), the Malnutrition Screening Tool (MST) as well as the Short Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (SNAQ).3
