BY SELECTING THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES (“ACCEPTANCE”), YOU WILL CREATE A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT WHERE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT MODIFICATION.
