In recognition of the special relationship between Lloydminster, Canada and Nikopol, Ukraine, each community desires to document and solidify its commitment to the other. This Sister City Agreement between the cities of Lloydminster and Nikopol outlines our mutual commitment to the development of active and meaningful relationships between our residents, businesses and community organizations. In order to create a long-term and productive sister city relationship, we therefore agree that:

Based on the long-lasting friendship between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the United States of America (USA), Taoyuan City, the Republic of China (Taiwan) and San Bernardino County, California, USA, have decided to enhance mutual understanding, goodwill and further partnership to promote exchanges, so as to elevate the welfare and prosperity of both sides on the basis of equality and reciprocity.
