It makes specific the role that Fleming will play in advancing the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities’ Differentiation Policy. It is rooted in the three objectives of the Colleges and Universities Act (2002), namely (1) to offer a comprehensive program of career-oriented, post-secondary education and training, (2) to meet the needs of employers and the changing work environment and (3) to support the eco- nomic/social development of our communities.
