This Agreement is subject to the following terms and conditions as well as Attachment A (Scope of Work), Attachment B (Project Budget), Attachment C (Reporting and Closeout Obligations), Attachment D (Certifications and Assurances), the Alabama Anchor Institution/Middle-Mile Program Phase 2 Application submitted by the Subrecipient (“Application”), the Alabama Anchor Institution/Middle-Mile Program Phase 2 Application and Application Guide (“Application Guide”), and the Alabama Anchor Institution/Middle-Mile Program Phase 2 Program Guide (“Program Guide”), each of which is hereby incorporated by reference as part of this Agreement.
