These terms and conditions together with any credit application, quotation, order (including on-line or web-based orders) or proposal to which these terms are attached or in which these terms are referred, together make up a legally binding agreement (the Agreement) between Yackandandah Engineering (VIC) Pty Ltd, ABN 55 156 420 727, (the Supplier) AND the person(s) or company named as the purchaser (the Purchaser) in the attached or previously signed or submitted credit application, quotation, order or proposal, AND if the Purchaser is a corporation, the directors of the Purchaser who have signed or otherwise agreed to this Agreement (the Guarantor/s).
