This agreement requires the Department to perform and pay for the utility work with a total estimated project cost of $331,651.91. The County has reviewed and agreed to the terms, provisions, conditions, and requirements of the agreement and is requesting authorization from the Board of County Commissioners to enter into this agreement.

Due to cabling and proximity issues with the currently installed Georgia Power Poles, several of the poles will have to be replaced. The attached agreement establishes reimbursement to Georgia Power for their work to replace poles for this project. GDOT requires that the attached agreement be executed prior to releasing the project for construction.
