Space Information: Vendor Booth Space Approx 10’ x 10’ No chairs, tables, tents, extension cords, or signage will be provided by Faith Methodist Church. You must bring all supplies needed for your booth. If you need additional space, you will need to purchase additional space for $25 per space.

This Vendor Contract is made and entered into the day of , 20 between the Des Moines Area Sports Commission and (Vendor).
