This warranty is made between Delta Hydraulics Pty Ltd (hereafter referred to as “The Company”) and the purchaser, consumer or buyer of products or services from the company (hereafter referred to as “The Purchaser”) and no oral representations, warranties or guarantees, other than this warranty shall be binding upon the company.

France, a Scott Fetzer Company, warrants to the original purchaser the following products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the date of shipment. This warranty is conditional based upon proper installation, use and maintenance of the product. This warranty is not applicable to any product not installed and operated in accordance with France specifications and connection diagrams or which have been subjected to abnormal operating conditions.

This Warranty contains all the terms and conditions pertaining to Micronet's liability with regard to the Products and its responsibility to repair Default in the Products. Micronet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of a Warranty on its website.
