All customers must provide valid credit card information when completing the 2018 winterization and winter storage form regardless of actual payment method. Your credit card will only be charged if you are using it as your method of payment, or if your outstanding bill is not paid in full within 15 days from the date of completion. Any customer who has a returned check from the bank will be charged a return check fee, (for each time the check is put through for payment from bank) as well as bank fees & processing fees. Winter Storage is non-refundable if your boat is taken prior to end of season.100% of storage amounts must be paid with signed storage and winterization forms. It is agreed this day of , 2019, between Clinton Harborside Marina, LLC (dba. Harborside Marina) and (customer) of (address) called the owner of said vessel. I agree to pay Harborside Marina $ (amount of storage) for storage. I agree that 50% is payable with this signed contract on or before October 1, 2019 and the balance is due no later than October 31, 2019. The storage period commences on or about October 1, 2019 and ends no later than May 1, 2020. Boats left on the property after May 1, 2020 will be charged $25.00 per day in addition to moving charges deemed necessary by the marina unless prior arrangements are made with the Marina owner. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Contract”) constitutes a contract between the boat owner and the Edgewood Yacht club (hereinafter referred to as "the Club") and is subject to the provisions of Chapter 46 of Title 34 of the General Laws of Rhode Island which create a lien in favor of the Club for any unpaid storage charges and for labor and other related charges, including the costs incurred to enforce the lien. The terms and conditions of this Contract may not be amended, altered or otherwise modified unless such amendment, alteration or modification is set forth (i) in a document signed by both the boat owner and the Club.
