This Work Order is entered into by and between EAST ST. LOUIS SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 189 (“Owner”), 1005 State Street, East St. Louis, Illinois 62201 and HOLLAND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. (“Construction Manager”) effective on this Twentieth day of November, 2023. Owner and Construction Manager are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:

This Work Order (this “Work Order”) is effective as of September 21, 2016 (“Work Order Agreement Date”), and is made a part of the Delivery Provider Terms of Service (as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Terms”) agreed between Amazon UK Services Ltd (“Amazon”) and Meridian Business Support (“you”) via the delivery provider site (https://logistics.amazon.co.uk/). This Work Order incorporates the Terms, and each Schedule attached to this Work Order (including the policies set forth on Schedule A to this Work Order (the “Policies”)). Please see the Terms for definitions of certain capitalized terms used in this Work Order.

This WORK ORDER pertains to the Right of Way Services Agreement by and between the City of Buda, Texas, (“OWNER”), and Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (“CONTRACTOR”), dated February 17, 2015, (“AGREEMENT”). CONTRACTOR shall perform the services described herein and in accordance with the AGREEMENT. This WORK ORDER shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both Parties. Upon execution, this WORK ORDER shall supplement the AGREEMENT as it pertains to the PROJECT described below.
