Common use of Choosing goods Clause in Contracts

Choosing goods. The Buyer selects the goods to be ordered by placing the required quantity of the selected goods in the cart. By placing the goods in the cart, the Buyer does not make a binding order and the Buyer can remove the goods from the cart at any time before placing the order. A Buyer who is not logged into a customer account and a Buyer who is logged into a customer account, but is not registered under a Business ID number (IČO), can only add to the cart and order through the online shop goods that are currently available in stock.
