Common use of Doba čerpání Clause in Contracts

Doba čerpání. Klient je oprávněn požádat o Čerpání v Době čerpání, pokud byla tato doba stanovena Rámcovou smlouvou. V případě marného uplynutí Doby čerpání zaniká oprávnění Klienta čerpat Limit, nedohodnou-li se strany jinak, nebo ledaže Banka Klientovi i po uplynutí Doby čerpání Financování přesto poskytne. V případě, že je sjednána výpověď Rámcové smlouvy, je Klient oprávněn požádat o Čerpání nejpozději do Dne účinnosti výpovědi. Drawdown Period. The Client is entitled to request the Drawdown during the Drawdown Period, provided that this period is stipulated by the Frame Agreement. In case of the expiry of the Drawdown Period, the Client’s right to draw down the Limit shall cease to exist, unless the parties agree otherwise or the Bank provides Financing even after the expiry of the Drawdown Period. In case that the termination of the Frame Agreement has been agreed, the Client is entitled to request the Drawdown by the Effective Date of the Notice, at the latest.
