Entry into force and duration. 1. This Grant Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the last signature of the Parties.
Entry into force and duration. This Agreement is effective as from the Effective Date. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until complete fulfilment of all obligations undertaken by the Parties under the Framework Partnership Agreement and under this Internal Agreement. However, this Agreement may be terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
