Hlavní zájmy Klienta. Klient má soustředěny hlavní zájmy ve smyslu Nařízení na území České republiky. Klient je seznámen s tím, že v případě zahájení úpadkového řízení na jeho majetek v jiném členském státě Evropské Unie se bude Banka řídit právním řádem tohoto členského státu v souladu s Nařízením, bez ohledu na český právní řád a ujednání v Rámcové smlouvě. Centre of the Client’s Main Interests. The Client has concentrated the centre of its main interests pursuant to the Regulation within the territory of the Czech Republic. The Client is aware of the fact that should an insolvency proceeding be initiated on its assets located in another member state of the European Union, the Bank shall observe the laws of such member state in compliance with the Regulation regardless of Czech law or the provisions of the Frame Agreement.
