Liability Period. Customer’s claims for damages against PTC and/or PTC’s affiliates, regardless of the legal grounds, shall expire at the latest one year from the time the Customer gains knowledge of the damage or, irrespective of this knowledge, at the latest two years after the damaging event. For claims based on Errors of the Licensed Product(s), the warranty limitation period pursuant to Section 6.1 shall apply.
