Multiplier events. Calculation of the grant amount: the grant amount is calculated by multiplying the number of participants from organisations other than the Beneficiary and the project partners by the unit cost applicable per participant, as specified in Annex III of the Agreement. • Triggering event: the event that conditions the entitlement to the grant is that the multiplier event has taken place and that it is of acceptable quality level, as determined by the evaluation of DZS. • Supporting documents: o Proof of attendance of the multiplier event in the form of a participants list signed by the participants and the receiving organisation, specifying the name, date and place of the multiplier event, and for each participant: name and signature of the person, name and address of the sending organisation of the person (if applicable);

Calculation of the grant amount: the grant amount is calculated by multiplying the number of participants in the online activity from organisations other than the Beneficiary and the project partners by 15% of the unit cost applicable per “local participant”, as specified in Annex III of the Agreement, up to a maximum of EUR 5.000 per project. • Triggering event: the event that conditions the entitlement to the grant is that the multiplier event has taken place and that it is of an acceptable quality level. • Supporting documents: o proof of the activity organised online with information on the name and date of the multiplier event; o proof of the actual number of participants in the activity through a declaration signed by the organiser and specifying the name of the participant and the name and address of the sending organisation; o any documentation used or distributed for the multiplier event.
