Program Administrator Vzorová ustanovení
Program Administrator. 1. Without undue delay after the conclusion of the Agreement the Account Owner shall designate its Program Administrator on a form provided by the Bank.
2. The Account Owner shall have the following obligations the fulfilment of which the Account Owner shall ensure via the Program administrator:
(a) to be familiar with all aspects of Card;
(b) to handle all enquiries, billing disputes, spending limit increase requests, and other requests and notices by Cardholder and the Account Owner under these Conditions;
(c) upon request, to provide Bank with contact and other information about the Cardholder;
(d) to promptly advise Bank of lost, retained or stolen Cards or if any Card, Account, Unique Identifier, A-PIN or T-PIN is liable to be misused; of any circumstances of which Cardholder and the Account Owner informs the Program
(b) vyřizovat všechny dotazy, nesrovnalosti v zúčtování, žádosti o zvýšení limitu a další žádosti a vyrozumění od Držitele karty a Majitele účtu ve shodě s těmito Podmínkami;
(c) poskytovat ▇▇▇▇▇, na její žádost, kontaktní a jiné informace o Držiteli karty;
(d) okamžitě informovat Banku o ztracených, zadržených nebo odcizených Kartách, nebo pokud existuje možnost, že by jakákoliv Karta, Jedinečný identifikátor, A-PIN nebo T-PIN mohly být zneužity, a dále o jakýchkoli skutečnostech, o kterých Držitel karty a Majitel účtu Programového administrátora informují podle čl. VII. odst. 2 Podmínek;
(e) okamžitě informovat Banku o ukončení stávajícího pracovního poměru Držitele karty u Majitele účtu; a
(f) po ukončení pracovního poměru Držitele karty u Majitele účtu odebrat Kartu a přestřihnout ji na dvě části.
3. Vedle dalších oprávnění uvedených v těchto Podmínkách je Programový administrátor oprávněn za Majitele účtu též:
(a) žádat o ukončení platnosti Karty, blokaci Karty a o vydání jakékoli náhradní Karty;
(b) měnit kontaktní telefonní mobilní číslo a e- mailovou adresu Držitele karty; a
(c) vykonávat další oprávnění, která Majitel účtu určí ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ je oprávněna poskytnout Programovému administrátorovi informace o provedených Transakcích a stavu Karty. Banka je zároveň oprávněna kontaktovat Majitele účtu či Programového administrátora s ohledem na Držitele karty a Kartu.
5. Majitel účtu a Programový administrátor jsou oprávněni poskytovat Bance informace o Držiteli karty za účelem asistence Banky při spravování Karty.

2. The Company shall have the following duties the fulfillment of which the Company shall ensure via the Program Administrator:
(a) to be familiar with all aspects of the Account;
(b) to handle all enquiries, billing disputes, spending limit increase requests, and other requests and notices by the Cardholder and the Company under these Conditions;
(c) upon request, to provide Citibank with contact and other information about the Cardholder;
(d) to promptly advise Citibank of lost, retained or stolen Cards or if any Card, Account, Unique Identifier, A-PIN or T-PIN is liable to be misused; of any circumstances of which the Cardholder informs the Program Administrator in accordance with Article V (2) of the Conditions;
(e) to promptly advise Citibank of termination of the employment or similar relationship of the Cardholder with the Company; and
3. Vedle dalších oprávnění uvedených v těchto Podmínkách je Programový administrátor oprávněn za Společnost též:
(a) žádat o blokaci Karty a o vydání jakékoli náhradní Karty;
(b) měnit kontaktní telefonní mobilní číslo a e- mailovou adresu Držitele karty; a
(c) vykonávat další oprávnění, která Společnost určí při jeho jmenování.
4. Citibank je oprávněna poskytnout informace Programovému administrátorovi a Společnosti o provedených Transakcích, stavu Účtu a jakémkoliv prodlení dle Smlouvy, a to každý měsíc nebo tak často, jak je to vyžádáno.
5. Programový administrátor a Společnost jsou oprávněni Citibank poskytovat informace o Držiteli karty za účelem asistence Citibank při spravování Karty a Účtu.
