Program Administrator. 1. Without undue delay after the conclusion of the Agreement the Account Owner shall designate its Program Administrator on a form provided by the Bank.
Program Administrator. 1. Without undue delay after the conclusion of the Agreement the Company shall designate its Program Administrator on a form provided by Citibank. 2. The Company shall have the following duties the fulfillment of which the Company shall ensure via the Program Administrator: (a) to be familiar with all aspects of the Account; (b) to handle all enquiries, billing disputes, spending limit increase requests, and other requests and notices by the Cardholder and the Company under these Conditions; (c) upon request, to provide Citibank with contact and other information about the Cardholder; (d) to promptly advise Citibank of lost, retained or stolen Cards or if any Card, Account, Unique Identifier, A-PIN or T-PIN is liable to be misused; of any circumstances of which the Cardholder informs the Program Administrator in accordance with Article V (2) of the Conditions; (e) to promptly advise Citibank of termination of the employment or similar relationship of the Cardholder with the Company; and
