Inability to purchase via online shop. a) goods for which the online shop indicates that they cannot be ordered via the online shop (they will usually be marked "Not available online"); b) goods that are not available in stock at the time, with the exception stated in paragraph 2.2; c) if the Buyer has requirements deviating from the Seller's offer listed in the online shop; d) inquiry; e) ordering by means of remote communication other than through the online shop; f) other cases specified in the Terms and Conditions or on the Seller's website. 3.2.
