Registration Fee. 4.1.1 The Company shall pay to CzMVO a one- time Registration Fee in the amount of EUR 4 047 for accepting the Company into CzMVS, including contributing to the costs of implementation of CzMVS. 4.1.2 Depending on the time of payment of the Registration Fee, the Company is entitled to the following discount or obligated to pay the following surcharge: (i) 20% discount if the Registration Fee is paid on or before 31 August 2018; (ii) 10% discount if the Registration Fee is paid on or before 31 December 2018 and after 31 August 2018; (iii) 15% surcharge if the Registration Fee is paid on or after 1 July 2019 and earlier than 1 January 2020; (iv) 20% surcharge if the Registration Fee is paid on or after 1 January 2020. For avoidance of doubt, in the event that the Registration Fee is paid between 1 January 2019 and 30 June 2019, it shall amount to the figure specified in Section 4.1.1. Also, for avoidance of doubt, any Registration Fee paid after 1 January 2020 shall amount to the figure of the Registration Fee increased by 20 % in accordance with point (iv) above, regardless of the date of execution hereof; i.e. this figure shall be the final amount of the Registration Fee. 4.1.3 For the purposes of calculation of the discount or surcharge according to Section 4.1.2, the last due date of the Invoice shall be considered to be the day of payment of the Registration Fee. In the event that the Company fails to duly and timely pay the Registration Fee pursuant to the Invoice which would cause that other discount or surcharge regime pursuant to Section 4.1.2 would apply, the respective discount or surcharge shall apply apprioprietaly pursuant to Section 4.1.2, i.e. pursuant to the actual day of payment of the Registration Fee. 4.2.1 Společnost bude hradit CzMVO Roční uživatelský poplatek za vývoj, testování, zavádění, provoz, údržbu a aktualizace CzMVS. Roční uživatelský poplatek bude zahrnovat roční náklady na provoz a další vývoj CzMVS, podíl České republiky na nákladech na Evropské úložiště a veškeré nezbytné a povinné činnosti CzMVO ve vztahu k CzMVS. 4.2.2 Výše Ročního uživatelského poplatku pro rok 2019 činí 7 361 EUR. 4.2.3 Každý rok CzMVO poskytne Společnosti nezávazný kvalifikovaný odhad výše Ročního uživatelského poplatku pro následující kalendářní rok, a to nejpozději 3 měsíce před skončením aktuálního kalendářního roku.
