Common use of Transport control Clause in Contracts

Transport control. 5.1 The transport control of tickets takes place by verifying data that the Ticket contains. The process of a transport control is stated by Contractual Transport Conditions of PIT. The carrier or an authorized person has the right to carry out the transport control in the following ways, either cumulatively or by one of these ways: 5.1.1 an NFC control (wireless), 5.1.2 a QR code control, 5.1.3 visual control of the ticket 5.1.4 an online query, 5.1.5 An interactive element. 5.2 A User that uses a valid Ticket purchased in the mobile app PIDLítačka during a transport control is obliged to put this Ticket forward for the control on a functional and undamaged Device so that a proper transport control can take place. If the User displays during a transport control a Ticket on a Device that does not comply with the above-mentioned parameters and the transport control is unsuccessful, then the Participant takes full responsibility and does not have the right to issue a complaint regarding the Ticket. 5.3 Check-in of a so-called Ticket for You takes place with regard to the existence of a different identifier with a long-term coupon in the way that is described above in subparagraph 4.2.1 of these Conditions. 5.4 The transport control of Long-term Coupons assigned to an Identifier of the mobile app takes place in the same way as the control of short-term Tickets. All the ways are listed in point 3.6. Detailed rules for the control are described in point 3.9.
