Common use of Videogram Rights Clause in Contracts

Videogram Rights. 1.4.1 “Videogram Rights” means the right to manufacture, reproduce and exploit (via sale or rental), physical Videograms incorporating the Program/s and the right to distribute and/or authorise others to distribute the Program/s through any distribution channels for purposes of private playback, but expressly excluding Covermount- and/or Kiosk-distribution.
