Darovací smlouvu

I.

Úvodní prohlášení

Město Slaný dokončilo revitalizaci parku Benar a plánuje jeho slavnostní otevření pro veřejnost.

II.

Předmět smlouvy

1. Dárce se tímto zavazuje poskytnout Městu finanční dar ve výši 160.000,- Kč (slovy: jedno sto šedesát tisíc korun českých), a to převodem na bankovní účet Města uvedený v záhlaví této smlouvy nejpozději do pěti pracovních dnů ode dne podpisu této smlouvy (dále jen jako „Dar“).

Concluded, pursuant to Section 2055 et seq of the Civil Code, on the hereafter stated day, month and year, the following

Donation agreement

I.

Recitals

The City of Slaný finished the revitalisation of the park Benar and is planning its grand opening to the public.

II

Subject of the Agreement

1. The Donor undertakes to provide the financial donation in the amount of CZK 160,000 (in words: one hundred and sixty thousand Czech crowns), and it shall be wire transferred to the bank account of the City specified at the heading of this Agreement within five working days from signing of this Agreement (hereinafter as the “Donation”).

2. Město se zavazuje použít Dar výlučně pro účely financování slavnostního otevření Kumpánovy zahrady v rámci revitalizovaného parku Benar pro veřejnost, které se bude konat dne 11. června 2022.

2. The City shall use the Donation solely for the purpose of financing of the grand opening of the Kumpan’s garden in the revitalised park Benar to the public which shall be held on June 11, 2022.

III.

Závěrečná ustanovení

1. Uzavření této Smlouvy schválilo Zastupitelstvo Města Slaný na zasedání dne 27. 6. 2022, a to usnesením č. 05/27/2022/ZM. Město prohlašuje dle § 41 odst. 1 zákona č. 128/2000 Sb., o obcích, že podmínky pro platnost této Smlouvy byly splněny.

2. Tato smlouva nabývá platnosti dnem podpisu smluvních stran a účinnosti dnem jejího zveřejnění v registru smluv dle zákona č. 340/2015 Sb., o registru smluv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Město se zavazuje zajistit zveřejnění smlouvy.

3. Tato smlouva je vyhotovena ve dvou stejnopisech, z nichž každá strana obdrží po jednom.

4. Tuto smlouvu lze změnit nebo zrušit pouze dohodou smluvních stran v písemné formě.

5. Tato smlouva je vyhotovena v českém i anglickém jazyce. V případě rozporu mezi českou a anglickou verzí má česká verze smlouvy přednost.

III.

Final provisions

1. The execution of this Agreement was approved by the Municipal Assembly of the City of Slaný at its meeting on 27. 6. 2022, through resolution No. 05/27/2022/ZM. The City declares in accordance with Section 41 (1) of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., the Municipalities Act, that the conditions for this Agreement to come into force have been fulfilled.

2. This Agreement enters into force upon its execution by both the Parties and into effect upon its publishing through the Contracts register pursuant to Act. No. 340/2015 Coll., on Contracts register, as amended. The City shall secure publishing of the Agreement.

3. This Agreement has been executed in two counterparts, of which each party shall receive one counterpart.

4. This Agreement may be modified or cancelled only by agreement made by the Parties in writing.

5. This Agreement has been drawn up in Czech and English language. In case of any discrepancies between the Czech and English version, the Czech version prevails.
