4. Odmena nie je zdanená; odmenu je povinný si zdaniť autor v štáte svojej daňovej rezidencie.
IV. Spoločné a záverečné ustanovenia
1. Pre práva a povinnosti zmluvných strán touto zmluvou výslovne neupravené platia príslušné ustanovenia Autorského zákona v platnom znení. 2. Táto dohoda je vyhotovená v troch rovnopisoch, dva pre objednávateľa a jeden pre autora. 3. Autor berie na vedomie skutočnosť, že táto zmluva je povinne zverejňovanou zmluvou v Centrálnom registri zmlúv vedenom Úradom vlády SR. Táto zmluva nadobúda platnosť dňom jej podpísania zmluvnými stranami a účinnosť dňom nasledujúcim po dni jej zverejnenia v CRZ. 4. Zmluvné strany prehlasujú, že si zmluvu prečítali, súhlasia s jej obsahom a na znak toho ju podpisujú.
V Bratislave dň stipulated in Article II above. 3. The Commissioner undertakes to pay the consideration to the Author duly and on time. 4. The remuneration has not been taxed; the taxation of the remuneration should be arranged for by the autor in the country of his/her taxation residence.
IV. Common and Final Provisions
1. The rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties not explicitly regulated herein shall be regulated by Copyright Act, as amended. 2. This Contract is executed in three identical copies, of which two shall go to the Commissioner and one copy to the Author. 3. The Author understands that this Contract is mandatorily published in the Central Register of Contracts maintained by the Governmental Office of the Slovak Republic. This Contract shall come into force on the day of its being signed by the Contracting Parties, and shall become effective as of the day following the date of its publication in the Central Register of Contracts. 4. The Contracting Parties hereby declare that they have read the Contract, agree to its contents, and in proof of the above attach their signatures hereunder.
