uzavřeli níže uvedeného dne, měsíce a roku podle ust. § 2586 a násl. občanského zákoníku tuto smlouvu o dílo:

I.

Předmět smlouvy

Zhotovitel se zavazuje provést na svůj náklad a nebezpečí pro objednatele toto nehmotné dílo:

- Koordinace, editace, obsahová příprava a propagace Policy briefu,

- Komunikace, koordinace a účast na setkáních výzkumných týmů NUPI a ÚMV,

- Příprava obsahové části Joint Policy Report.

(dále jen „dílo“), hrazené z projektu “Czech and Norwegian Perspectives on New Security Threats in relation to Russian War on Ukraine“ (Grant No.

EHP-BFNU-OVNKM-4-089-2022), financováno z Fondů EHP a Norska 2014-2021, Fond pro

bilaterální vztahy.

Objednatel se zavazuje dílo převzít a zaplatit níže sjednanou cenu díla:

Concluded on the below stated day, month, and year in compliance with § 2586 and

pursuant Civil Code the Contract for work herein:

I.

Subject of Contract

The Contractor is obliged to perform at his own costs and risk intangible following work for the Customer:

- Coordination, editing, content preparation and promotion of the Policy brief,

- Communication, coordination and participation in meetings of NUPI and IIR research teams,

- Preparation of the content part of Joint Policy Report.

(hereinafter only “work“), financed from the project: “Czech and Norwegian Perspectives on New Security Threats in relation to Russian War on Ukraine“ (Grant No. EHP-BFNU-OVNKM-4-089-2022), financed by

the EEA and Norway Grants, Fund for Bilateral Relations.

The Customer is obliged to assume the work and settle the contracted price stated below

II.

Čas a místo plnění

Vyhotovené dílo zapracované v období od 11/2022 05/2023, musí být předáno do:

III.

Cena díla

Xxxx za provedení díla je dohodnuta ve výši: 4 180 EUR.

Slovy: čtyři tisíce sto osmdesát EUR.

IV.

Platební podmínky

Cena díla je splatná ve lhůtě 10 dnů od doručení díla objednateli a bude zaplacena bezhotovostním převodem na účet zhotovitele uvedený v záhlaví smlouvy.

V.

Jiná ujednání

Případné změny této smlouvy budou provedeny písemně formou dodatků.

VI.

Ustanovení přechodná a závěrečná

Dáno ve dvou vyhotoveních s platností originálu.

II.

III.

Price for Work

Price for the performance of work has been agreed on the sum amounting to: 4 180 EUR.

In words: four thousand one hundred and eighty EUR.

IV.

Payment Stipulations

Price for work is due within 10 days upon the delivery of work to the Customer and shall be settled via cash- free transfer to an account of the Contractor stated at the letterhead of the contract herein.

V.

Additional Provisions

Any additional modifications to the contract herein shall be executed in writing in the form of supplements.

VI.

Temporary and Concluding Provisions

Signed in two exemplars with the validity of an original.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic. The English version of this text serves only for information and is not part of this legal transaction. Therefore, in the event of any inconsistency between the Czech and the English version, only the Czech version shall apply.
