This Clinical Study Agreement (the “Agreement”), when signed by all parties, will set forth certain agreements by and between PharmaNet GmbH, ObereWiltisgasse 52, CH-8700 Küsnacht/ZH, Switzerland together with any clinical affiliate (“CRO”) and NemocniceTřebíč, příspěvková organizace, Purkyňovo náměstí 133/2, 67401 Třebíč, Czech Republic (“Institution”) to conduct a clinical study (the “Study”) in relation to the Sponsor (defined below) product (the “Study Product(s)”) effective as of the date this Agreement is fully executed (the “Effective Date”).
