Archivace. Upon CRO’s or Sponsor’s request, Provider shall retain all documents relating to the Study as required by any applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with CRO’s or Sponsor’s instructions. Archivace. In accordance with European legislative requirements the Institution shall retain all essential documents relating to the conduct of the Trial until further notification by the Sponsor. Essential documentation is defined as study specific documents relating to the Trial Master File (the “Trial Master File”). The Institution and Principal Investigator shall archive essential documentation relating to the Trial under conditions that will preserve their integrity throughout the required period of retention and shall make available such documentation to the competent authorities upon request. Source data will be archived by the Institution for no less than five (5) years in accordance with GCP Directive 2005/28/EC and thereafter in accordance with relevant national legislation or the Institution’s policies (whichever are the greater requirement). V souladu s požadavky evropské legislativy bude zdravotnické zařízení uchovávat veškeré zásadní dokumenty vztahující se k provádění hodnocení až do dalšího pokynu zadavatele. Mezi zásadní dokumenty patří dokumenty vztahující se ke studii týkající se základního dokumentu klinického hodnocení Trial Master File (dále označovaného jako “základní dokument klinického hodnocení”). Zdravotnické zařízení a hlavní zkoušející lékař budou archivovat zásadní dokumentaci týkající se hodnocení za podmínek, které zachovají její neporušený stav v průběhu požadované doby uchování, a na vyžádání zpřístupní tuto dokumentaci kompetentním orgánům. Zdrojová data budou zdravotnickým zařízením archivována po dobu nejméně pěti (5) let v souladu směrnicí Komise 2005/28/ES, kterou se stanoví zásady a podrobné pokyny pro správnou klinickou praxi, a dále v souladu s příslušnou vnitrostátní legislativou nebo zásadami zdravotnického zařízení (podle toho, které požadavky jsou přísnější).
Archivace. Poskytovatel zdravotních služeb bude archivovat příslušné záznamy o studii v adekvátních podmínkách zamezujících jejich poškození nebo zničení, a to po dobu patnácti (15) let od ukončení klinického hodnocení (dále jen „doba archivace“). Zadavatel/ CRO bude informovat poskytovatele zdravotních služeb nejpozději 6 měsíců před uplynutím doby archivace o tom, jakým způsobem bude s těmito studijními záznamy a dokumenty naloženo. V případě, že zadavatel/CRO ve stanovené době poskytovatele zdravotních služeb informovat nebude, má se za to, že souhlasí se skartací. V případě, že bude zadavatel/ CRO žádat o prodloužení doby archivace u poskytovatele zdravotních služeb, je poskytovatel zdravotních služeb oprávněn po zadavateli/ CRO požadovat úměrné zpoplatnění.   • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.

  • Product Data Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by Developer to illustrate a material, product, or system for some portion of the Work.

  • Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.

  • Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Access to Customer Data You agree that we may, for the purposes of providing Maintenance and Customer Support and/or for the purpose of otherwise protecting the integrity of the Software, access and/or download your Customer Data on a limited basis.

  • Services and Third Party Materials A. The tvOS Software may enable access to Apple’s iTunes Store, App Store, Game Center, iCloud and other Apple and third party services, and web sites (collectively and individually, “Services”). Such Services may not be available in all languages or in all countries. Use of these Services requires Internet access and use of certain Services may require an Apple ID, may require you to accept additional terms and may be subject to additional fees.   • Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. The Contractor shall furnish for approval all samples required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be in accordance with approved samples.

  • Third Party Materials The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party websites or services, including through third- party advertising ("Third-Party Materials"). You acknowledge and agree that Company is not responsible for Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Company does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Materials.
