DEFINICE A VÝKLAD a. Výrazy psané velkými písmeny, které jsou použity, ale nejsou definovány v tomto Dodatku, jsou použity ve významu, jež mají ve Smlouvě. b. Nevyplývá-li z kontextu jinak, rozumí se odkazy na články či platební rozpočty v tomto Dodatku odkazy na příslušný článek či platební rozpočet uvedený ve Smlouvě. c. Nevyplývá-li z kontextu jinak, odkazy ve Smlouvě na „tuto Smlouvu“ se rozumí odkazy na Smlouvu o klinickém hodnocení ve znění tohoto Dodatku a případných dalších změn v budoucnu.
