Definice Master Agreement

Master Agreement means the applicable master agreement for Esri Products incorporated by this reference that is (i) the Click-Through Master Agreement for Product Only, found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and available in the installation process requiring acceptance by electronic acknowledgment or (ii) a signed Esri master agreement or license agreement that supersedes such electronically acknowledged Master Agreement.

Master Agreement refers to these General Terms (including any amendments thereto) and all Schedules incorporated into the Master Agreement (including any amendments to those incorporated Schedules). The Master Agreement governs Your use of the Products and Service Offerings ordered from Oracle or an authorized reseller.
