Medical Insurer means a Czech health insurance company established under Act No. 551/1991 Coll., on General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic, as amended, or Act No. 280/1992 Coll., on departmental, professional, business and other health companies, as amended, and Pojišťovna VZP, a.s.; “Services” – the additional services provided by the Provider and consisting in organizing and managing the medical care, which services are not included under the statutory scope of the performances arisen for the Recipient of the services from the public health insurance; “Medical Care Fields” – these are medical fields where the Provider secures an ambulatory medical care and the list of which is shown at the Provider’s webpage xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx; “Client” – a natural person acting as a party to the Agreement;
